By accessing our Website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing our products through any of our sales channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.
2. Our Products
We design and sell premium wellness and recovery products, including:
· Ice baths
· Saunas
· Chillers and related components
· Accessories, spare parts, and related equipment
Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, features, images, pricing, configurations, lead times, and availability may change from time to time without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our Website and sales materials is accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in product appearance, materials, finishes, dimensions, and technical specifications may occur between marketing imagery and the delivered product.
3. No Medical Advice
Our products are intended for general wellness, recovery, relaxation, and lifestyle purposes only.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical services. Cold exposure, sauna use, heat exposure, and contrast therapy may not be suitable for everyone. You should consult a qualified medical professional before using our products if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues, neurological conditions, are taking medication, or are otherwise unsure whether the product is suitable for you.
You use our products at your own risk and are responsible for using them safely and appropriately.
4. Orders and Quotations
Orders may be placed through our Website, WhatsApp, email, direct communication, or other sales channels operated by the Company.
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order unless accepted in writing by us and/or unless the required payment has been received.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or modify any order before final confirmation, including due to product availability, pricing or specification errors, import restrictions, logistics limitations, force majeure, or other operational reasons.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices may be quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), US Dollars (USD), or another agreed currency, depending on the transaction and the customer’s location.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, prices may exclude delivery, installation, site preparation, taxes, duties, customs fees, bank charges, or other third-party costs.
Payment terms will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, or written agreement. Where a deposit is required, production, reservation, importation, delivery, or installation may only begin after the deposit has been received and cleared.
Ownership of the product remains with the Company until full payment has been received. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation timelines are estimates only and may be affected by product availability, customs clearance, shipping, logistics, site readiness, weather, access limitations, or other factors outside our control.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and installation site is accessible, safe, and ready, including sufficient space, flooring, drainage, ventilation, electrical capacity, water supply where applicable, and any other site requirements communicated by us.
We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, failed installation, or product limitations caused by unsuitable site conditions, third-party contractors, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
· Providing accurate order, delivery, billing, and contact information
· Ensuring the site is ready for delivery and installation
· Ensuring suitable electrical supply, ventilation, drainage, and space
· Following all operating, safety, cleaning, and maintenance instructions
· Ensuring that all users use the product safely and responsibly
· Supervising children, guests, staff, or third parties who may access the product
The customer must not misuse, modify, repair, relocate, or operate the product outside its intended use or contrary to our written instructions.
8. Product Use and Safety
Ice baths and saunas must be used responsibly and in accordance with the instructions provided.
You should not use an ice bath or sauna if doing so may create a health or safety risk. You should stop use immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell, short of breath, excessively cold, overheated, or otherwise uncomfortable.
The Company is not liable for injury, illness, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, unsafe use, failure to follow instructions, lack of supervision, unsuitable site conditions, unauthorized modifications, or use by persons for whom the product is not suitable.
9. Warranty
Warranty terms may vary depending on the product, model, component, and transaction. The applicable warranty will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, or warranty document accompanying the product.
